Parks for London Workshop on Green Spaces and Flood Mitigation, supported by the RECLAIM Network

Under blue skies at Beckenham Place Park, professionals from across London’s green space, infrastructure, and sustainability sectors came together for an inspiring day of collaboration and learning. The Green Spaces and Flood Mitigation workshop, hosted by Parks for London and funded by the RECLAIM Network, brought together park managers, engineers, landscape architects, policy makers, and environmental specialists to explore how green and blue infrastructure can help address urban flooding challenges.

With representatives from the Greater London Authority, National Trust, Thames21, WSP, the University of Surrey, and many more, the workshop was a vibrant exchange of ideas and innovations set against the beautiful backdrop of the park’s historic Stable Block.
