RECLAIM Funded Project Video
The role of Green Blue and Grey Infrastructure (GBGI) in levelling up in Bristol
This short animation funded by the RECLAIM Network Plus, highlights a project undertaken by the University of the West of England which explores the relationships between GBGI and a range of outcomes in neighbourhoods across Bristol. This was achieved using secondary data on GBGI from open access databases and on self-reported wellbeing from the Bristol City Council Quality of Life Survey.

Exciting Opportunities with RECLAIM: Host Workshops & Join Knowledge Exchange Visits!
The RECLAIM Network+ is delighted to extend two fantastic opportunities for members to engage, collaborate, and contribute to the advancement of Green-Blue-Grey Infrastructure (GBGI). We’re here to support your efforts in shaping innovative solutions for a sustainable future.
🌿 Opportunity 1: Host a GBGI Workshop
We’re funding one-day workshops focused on sharing experiences, challenges, and best practices in GBGI. This is a unique chance to connect with other network members and foster meaningful discussions on practical projects.
💡 Workshop Highlights:
Organize a workshop around GBGI projects at any stage (concept, design, construction, or after-life).
Share challenges and explore alternative solutions with participants.
Create local engagement and build a professional community of practice.
Key Details:
Funding: Grants of up to £2.5k for organisational costs
Eligibility: Open to UK-based RECLAIM members (virtual collaborations with international partners encouraged!)
Deadline: Submit your proposal by 6th February 2025, 23:59 GMT

🌟 Opportunity 2: Knowledge Exchange Visits
Expand your expertise and strengthen cross-sector collaborations with a 2-month placement through our Knowledge Exchange Visit scheme. This program supports early-career professionals keen to connect academia, government, and industry in GBGI innovation.
💡 Visit Highlights:
Flexible 2-month placements (part-time options available)
Grant: £3k (non-salary costs)
Open to early-career professionals in the UK
Priority for cross-disciplinary and local government/business-focused projects

We are pleased to announce Webinar #32 of the RECLAIM Network Plus Webinar Series on 15th January 2024 - 12:30-13:30 BST.
The RECLAIM Network Webinar Series consists of monthly one-hour online sessions. Each webinar has 2 speakers, each speaking for 20 minutes, with time for a Q&A afterwards. All the webinars are recorded to make it available for viewing on demand.
